This Week at Deer Run – May 3, 2024 

Jump Rope for Heart 

Our school is excited to participate in Jump Rope for Heart this year! Students will discover fun ways to get active, practice healthy habits and learn about helping others while raising money to beat heart disease and stroke. 

Jump Rope 4 Heart will run at Deer Run School throughout May, with many events taking place. 

Our fundraising goal is $500.

Friendship Friday 

Friday recess just got so much more exciting! Grade 6 classes have started Friendship Friday. During Friday recess, different activities will be offered to different grades, such as sidewalk chalk, tag, and other games. We look forward to seeing so many happy faces each week as they learn to play new games with our Grade 6 students.
